These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the All Ironed Out website (www.allironedout.co.uk), your relationship with All Ironed Out (All Ironed Out, we or us) and all bookings you may make via the All Ironed Out website. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not book via All Ironed Out or use the All Ironed Out website. Please note that to use the booking services provided on the All Ironed Out website, you are required to have registered with us.

 

1. The All Ironed Out Website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the All Ironed Out website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. The All Ironed Out Website is privately owned. If you have any queries please contact us; details are at the end of this document.

 

3. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

4. Registration
4.1. To book with All Ironed Out, you must register with us. This is referred to as 'new customers' throughout our website and literature.

 

4.2. To register with All Ironed Out you must be over eighteen years of age.

 

4.3. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

 

4.4. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

 

4.5. You may register online from any area of the UK, however, please note: we cover many of the areas of the UK using a number of agents. We are not responsible for bookings made using our agents and serve only as a booking facility.

 

6. Payment
6.1. There is a minimum order value of £33.00 per collection. For bookings made in the London region, the minimum charge is £33.00. Orders that total below this value will be charged the minimum order value of £33.00 or £33.00 accordingly.
6.2. We accept cash, credit or debit cards. We DO NOT accept cheques.

 

7. Service Use
7.1. Hangers and polythene covers are supplied on a returnable basis.

 

7.2. No online order is accepted from you until we confirm this by writing to you via email. A contract for use of service arises on our acceptance of your booking.

 

7.3. Where we accept an booking, we do all that we can to ensure that your booking is fulfilled. If we are unable to fulfil a booking, we will inform you as soon as possible of this and you will not be charged.

 

7.4. All Ironed Out will endeavour to warn you of any changes to the prices on our price list page. However, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Current prices will always be shown in the price list section of our website and can be obtained by telephoning the office.

 

7.5. Ordering our service carries with it the obligation to pay for it unless we receive from you a cancellation of or change to your booking 24 hours before the collection time. We reserve the right to charge the minimum cost of £30.00 for any booking which is cancelled within 1hr of the collection time requested. Any payments you have made for bookings which have been properly cancelled will be re-credited to you.

 

7.6. In the event of complaint about the service we provide or the quality of the ironing returned, we will re-iron your clothes free of charge if you contact us WITHIN 24hrs of the ironing having been returned. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, this guarantee becomes null and void so as to prevent abuse of this policy. No refunds will be given for any reason.

 

8. Collection/delivery times
8.1. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to arrange your collection and receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that your delivery is damaged or lost after being handed over to yourself or delegated person, we do not accept liability. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of collection/delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.

 

9. Insurance policy
9.1. Our ironers adhere to strict protocols that include ironing all dark fabrics on the reverse to avoid any possibility of the fabrics developing a shiny surface and a strict no smoking policy to ensure your laundry is returned fresh and crease free. In the unlikely event of any garments being damaged we will compensate to a maximum £15.00 per item. Each claim must be made at the time of receipt of ironed items. Any iron damaged or shiny items you include with your load will be returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding regarding liability for damage.

 

9.2. Leather items. buttons, buckles beading and any other type of decoration is processed entirely at owners risk.

 

9.3. Our comprehensive 'goods in transit' insurance policy covers our van for any unforeseen circumstances whilst collecting or returning your order.

 

9.4. Lost or missing items must be reported within 24hrs of loss. If our service has been paid for by the client, then any claim will be covered by our insurance policy. If a claim is made by a client who has not made any payment for our service, then no claim will be allowed. All claims MUST be made in writing, and detail: i) Description of items lost, ii) The approximate value iii) Receipts as proof of purchase. We may compensate a maximum of £20.00 per item if proof of purchase is provided. No claims will be processed without following this procedure.

 

Agents
10.1. Where we have supplied our service through the use of an agent, we are not responsible for the ironing, collection or delivery times and any subsequent communication between the customer and the agent.

 

10.2. All Ironed Out is not liable for bookings which are not collected by our agents and we do try to minimise this occurring. If an agent does not collect the ironing at the requested time, All Ironed Out can contact the agent on the customer's behalf to request a re-scheduled collection but we cannot guarantee to be successful in every instance.

 

10.3. Any claims for damaged or missing items should be made directly to the agent. We do not provide compensation for any claims made where an agent has damaged or lost items.

 

10.4. In the event of any complaint, we will re-iron your clothes free of charge. No refunds will be given for any reason.

 

11. Intellectual property
11.1. All content and programming of the All Ironed Out website is the property of All Ironed Out. You may retrieve and display the content of the All Ironed Out website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the All Ironed Out website without written permission from All Ironed Out.

 

12.2. No licence is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions to use any trade mark of All Ironed Out or its affiliates or licensors.

 

12. Amendments We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the All Ironed Out website. The changes will apply to the use of the All Ironed Out Website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to order from All Ironed Out or use the All Ironed Out website. If you continue to use the All Ironed Out website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the All Ironed Out website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
