How do I use this service?

HOW IT WORKS

 

How is my ironing cared for?

From the moment we collect your ironing to the time its ready for return, your ironing is kept safe, in a clean, smoke-free environment and is clearly labelled so we can identify who it belongs to. We have insurance in the event of loss or damage to clients garments. Terms & Conditions apply.

 

How should I pack the ironing?

Any bag is fine, we see plenty of black bags, Ikea bags, etc. If you don't have a bag, we will provide you with one. The driver needs to be able to weigh your ironing so he can advise you of the cost before its taken away. Please don't put the ironing in a washing basket as this cannot be weighed accurately.

 

Do I need to be in when ironing is collected?

No. We can collect from a porch, garage, shed, outhouse, etc. Just let us know prior to collection where your ironing will be. We will always leave a receipt through your letterbox detailing the cost and return time. Upon return, we like to hand over the ironing to you personally, however, if this is not possible, just tell us where you'd like us to leave it.

 

What is the turnaround?

Our standard service turnaround is 48hrs, although we offer a premium 24hr service which costs a little more. Collections made on a Friday are returned on a Monday, unless our local agent offers a weekend drop-off service.

 

Do I need to book a collection regularly?

No. You can book our service as and when you like. We can arrange weekly, fortnightly or monthly collections if you prefer. If you decide you don't need a collection, just let us know before the time.

 

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

When you make a booking, enter the discount code and we will deduct the voucher value from your total cost. If you qualify for NHS, Military or Emergency Service discount, you will need to show your ID card to the driver on the initial collection. We issue discount codes, via email, to our regular clients - sign up at the bottom of this page.

 

I have a complaint about my ironing, what do I do?

We treat our service very seriously, with quality checks made for every load of ironing returned. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your ironing, contact us within 24hrs of return and we will collect and re-iron this for you free of charge.

 

Cancelling or Updating a Booking

You can cancel a booking anytime, all we ask is that you let us know at least 4hrs before the collection time. You can cancel a booking online or by calling us on 0333 444 1850. You can also edit a booking (in the event that you need to change the pickup time or return date), this can be carried out in your account. You cannot cancel a booking once the ironing has been collected.

 

I am moving, can I keep using All Ironed Out?

This depends on where you are moving too and if we have coverage in that area. A simple search on our areas page will tell you. You can edit your address and contact numbers by logging in to your account. If you are moving to a different agent area, we may need to route any future bookings to an alternative agent.

 

What does it cost?

We charge by weight. The cost is from £6.00/kg. There is a minimum charge of £33.00. Full details can be found here.

 

When do I pay?

When we collect your ironing, we'll leave you a printed invoice, we'll also send you an email with a payment link. You need to make payment before your ironing is returned as the driver cannot take payment at the door.

 

What are the Payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, you can pay online or over the phone. You can also pay by bank transfer or setup a Direct Debit for automated payments. Some agents carry card readers so you can pay on the doorstep. We do not accept cash.
