Well, its July 2021 now and it looks as though things are slowly opening back up. We welcome this, at long last we can get our ironers back to work and start rebuilding our business. It will take a while to get back up to speed as we bring on more staff as the weeks go by. Its very much a supply and demand situation for us – if we see demand go back to pre-pandemic levels, we will increase staff numbers accordingly.
During the lockdown period, as with many businesses, our finances have been badly hit. Whilst we’ve managed to absorb our losses over the past year or so, there has to come a time when we have to address this and therefore, a price increase is inevitable. We’ll still be offering our loyal customers offers and discounts, but perhaps not as frequently as before.
