Step 1. You gather all your ironing together and place it into a basket or bag. (We provide you with your own personal laundry bag complete with name tag on our second visit.) We iron everything, from bedding to underwear!
Step 2. Call 0845 811 0140 or book online. We provide weekly, fortnightly, monthly and ad hoc collections. You decide what time you want us to pickup your ironing. Our service operates between 8.00am and 10.00pm, 6 days a week.
Step 3. One of our friendly drivers will arrive at your home at the time you requested. He/she will weigh your ironing and leave you with a ticket detailing the cost and weight of your load. Your ironing is insured the moment it is in our care.
Step 4. One of our professional ironers will examine your ironing and ensure safety instructions are adhered to. Your ironing will be carried out in a clean, smoke-free environment. Your ironing will be hung or folded as requested.
Step 5. Our standards are very high. We check all loads before returning to the customer. If we are not satisfied with the quality, we will redo the ironing until our high standards have been reached. Our objective is to deliver ironing which is perfect.
Step 6. We carefully package your ironing using protective shirt covers and sturdy baskets which help keep the ironing flat. Our drivers will then return your ironing to you at a pre-arranged time within 48 hours from initial pickup.
Step 7. We arrive at your door with your freshly pressed ironing. Payment is then due and an invoice will be provided. We accept cash, credit or debit cards. You can then enjoy another iron-free period until you need All Ironed Out again.

We do suggest you supply your own hangers - although we can provide these free of charge. We also supply protective garment covers to ensure your garments remain crease-free and protected during transit.
If you are supplying your own bag, we will take into account the weight and deduct this from the overall weight.
We can fold your clothes or hang them - it is up to your own particular choice.
You only make payment when your ironing has been completed. We accept payment by cash, credit or debit card. Our drivers use portable chip-and-pin machines for secure payment proecessing on the doorstep.
