What is the booking process from a customers' perspective?

Answer:
An agent will receive the booking via email and/or SMS message within 1 minute of the booking being sent to All Ironed Out. You don't need to confirm this, although if you CANNOT collect the ironing at the time and day requested, please contact our office on 0333 444 1850 to notify us in advance. We will then contact the customer on your behalf to arrange a more convenient time. When you collect the ironing you need to weigh it. We can supply scales, but if you have your own handheld luggage scales, these are ideal. The customers needs to know the AMOUNT before you take the ironing and also when you will be returning the ironing. You take the ironing, iron it and return within 48hrs. Payment is requested upon return, unless the customer has opted to pay by credit or debit card. We will advise you if this is the case.
