What are the Terms & Conditions applicable to your Agents agreement?
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the All Ironed Out website (www.allironedout.co.uk), your relationship with All Ironed Out (All Ironed Out, we or us) and all bookings you receive via the All Ironed Out website. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to work with All Ironed Out or use the All Ironed Out Agency area. Please note that to operate as an agent of All Ironed Out you are required to have registered with us AND BEEN ACCEPTED by us in writing or in a verbal agreement.

1. The All Ironed Out Website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using All Ironed Outís website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The All Ironed Out Website is owned and operated by All Ironed Out, a privately owned company. If you have any queries please contact us; details are at the end of this document.

3. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

4. Registration
4.1. To become an Agent of All Ironed Out, you must register with us. This is referred to as Ďagent registrationí throughout our website and literature.

4.2. To register as an agent you must be over eighteen years of age and hold a full UK driving licence.

4.3. To register as an agent you must operate from a non-smoking environment.

4.4. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

4.5. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

4.6. You may register online from any area of the UK, however, please note: the area in which you can operate as an agent will be agreed at the time of your acceptance. You are not authorised to operate in an area which has not been specifically agreed to by All Ironed Out.

5. Fees
5.1. It is free to register as an ironing agent, although there are fees we charge as detailed below.

5.2. The monthly fee of £24.95 covers the cost of administration, advertising and marketing.

5.3. The ongoing payment is £24.95 per month. You can cancel anytime by providing, in writing, a letter of confirmation. A 30 day cancellation notice period applies. Upon cancellation, your direct debit will be cancelled immediately, although payments which are already being processed may still be debited from your account.

5.4. A fee of 10% per booking will be collected by direct debit upon completion of the ironing booking.

5.5. Failure to make payments as and when they become due will result in the immediate suspension of your Agent agreement and you will cease to receive bookings until such time that you have made any payment/s outstanding. If you are having difficulties making the monthly payment, please contact us before cancelling and we will try to help you in any way we can.

6. Liabilities
6.1. All customer details remain the property of All Ironed Out at all times. IF YOU TERMINATE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US, future communications with our customers will cease. You are not permitted to communicate with them after your agent agreement has been terminated. You are not permitted to arrange collections of ironing directly with the customer, we provide an app for your smart phone which enables you to log bookings for the customer which we will be authorised for collection. Any agent found to be in breach of this will be contacted and your agreement will be cancelled.

6.2. A contract for use of service arises on your acceptance of a booking.

6.3. Where we accept a booking, we do all that we can to ensure that your booking is genuine. If we are unable to verify a booking, we will inform you as soon as possible of this and you will not be charged the booking fee.

6.4. All Ironed Out will endeavour to warn you of any changes to the prices on our price list page. However, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Current prices will always be shown in the price list section of our website and can be obtained by telephoning the office.

6.5. Confirming acceptance of a booking carries with it the obligation to pay the booking fee for it unless we receive a cancellation of or change to your agreement 24 hours before the collection time. Any non-collection of bookings may result in a £5.00 penalty being applied. This penalty will be debited from your bank account within 5 days of the initial booking date. Any payments you have made for bookings which have been properly cancelled will be re-credited to you.

7. Collection/delivery times
7.1. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements for the collection and return of any ironing.

8. Insurance policy
8.1. In the event that you damage or lose any items whilst in your care, we do not accept liability. We can provide insurance cover for an additional monthly fee. Please ask for details.

9.2. Where an agent has carried out ironing and the customer has subsequently damaged items, this must be resolved between the agent and the customer directly. All Ironed Out is not responsible for any resolution.

9. Intellectual property
9.1. All content and programming of the All Ironed Out website is the property of All Ironed Out. You may retrieve and display the content of the All Ironed Out website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the All Ironed Out website without written permission from All Ironed Out.

9.2. No licence is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions to use any trade mark of All Ironed Out or its affiliates or licensors.

10. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at anytime and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the All Ironed Out website. The changes will apply to the use of the All Ironed Out Website after we have given notice. If you continue to use the All Ironed Out website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the All Ironed Out website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
